I’m Back! Fall Wishlist!

Wow, it has been a long time! In the past year or so (oops) I have finished grad school, married the love of my life, added a puppy to the family and started a new job! It feels good to have time to get back to the things I love, such as sharing my passion for fashion and all things beauty.

I really want to focus this blog on fashion and beauty inspiration for those who are like me (working, busy, on a budget, ha!) and share with you affordable, easy to style looks. So with that being said, here is my Fall Wishlist!

Give me all the sweaters! Even though it still feels like summer in Boston, I am so ready for sweater weather.Β Nordstrom’s sweater game has been on point this year! Here are a few that have been sitting in my shopping cart for some time now:

BP. Ruffle Cold Shoulder Sweater, Nordstrom $49

This BP sweater is the perfect mixture of cozy and sexy. Paired with a pair of distressed denim and booties this is a Friday night date night look.

Topshop. Boxy Ribbed Roll Neck Sweater, Nordstrom $68

I love me a good chunky turtleneck sweater for those chilly Boston mornings (hopefully they are coming soon!). I have been eyeing this Topshop sweater in cream, paired with distressed denim on the weekend, or a cute suede skirt for work days.

Lush. Tie Sleeve Sweater, Nordstrom $49

I am loving the tie sleeve trend. This sweater in taupe grey would be perfect with distressed black denim and this amazing BP. leopard print scarf that I recently picked up at Nordstrom for $19.

BP. Tie Sleeve Sweater Dress, Nordstrom $55

And can we talk about my favorite fall trend, the sweater dress!? I plan on picking up this this gorgeous tie sleeve sweater dress in red tannin ASAP and pairing it with a pair of over the knee boots.

Rails. Hunter Pattered Button-Down Shirt, Saks Off 5th $59.99

Rails is one of my all time favorite flannel companies. Their flannels are buttery and soft and so flattering! I find them to be pricey, but when they are on sale I act fast! I would recommend sizing up if you want an oversized/looser look.

Free People. High Rise Busted Knee Skinny Jeans, Nordstrom $78

I have seen this gorgeous pair of distressed denim all over Instagram, and I was so surprised to find out that they are made by Free People, and even more surprised that they are priced so well! These would be perfectly paired with a tucked in sweater and over the knee booties, or a t-shirt, oversized cardigan and booties.

Bootie, bootie, bootie, bootie, rockin’ everywhere! My obsession with booties and boots in general has not faded since last fall. They are so easy to pop on and go, and I love that I can pair them with my work outfits. And best of all, they are comfortable! You will not catch me in uncomfortable shoes.

Hinge. Barris Block Heel Bootie, Nordstrom, $79.90

I cleaned out my closet recently and I realized I do not have a pair of taupe booties! I am eyeing this pair from Nordstrom, they are on sale and have a lot of sizes in stock!

Circus by Sam Edelman. Peyton Over the Knee Boot, Famous Footwear $59.99

I have been gushing over bloggers pairing sweaters and sweater dresses with over the knee boots. I shopped around for awhile to find a pair that wouldn’t break the bank, because I view these as a trendier item. I found this amazing pair at Famous Footwear. They work with skinny denim, leggings, or a sweater dress, and I am obsessed with the tie detail in the back! I already bought these, but these were too good to not share. They come in black and grey, I am thinking about picking them up in grey as well.

Well that’s all for this time! What’s on your fall wishlist?
