Dresses are my go-to work outfit for two reasons, they are comfortable and dresses are so easy to style.

I think a lot of people hesitate wearing dresses in the winter because tights can be uncomfortable, well not these tights! I stock up on these Madewell tights every year, and they are seriously the best. They aren’t itchy, they do not fall down, they hold everything in and they are perfectly opaque. I run mind through the washer and dryer and they hold up really well. They may be more than you are wanting to spend on tights, but they are seriously a work (or play) wardrobe staple.

Here are a few work dresses that I am currently loving that are under $75. These dresses are also versatile enough to wear outside of the office as well.

Cotton Emporium Bell Sleeve Sweater Dress

I am loving the bell sleeve trend, and the sleeves on this under $50 dress are simply perfect. The olive color in this dress is even more beautiful in person, and can easily be transitioned into spring with a pair of open-toe booties and a pink statement necklace.

Leith Ruched Body-Con Tank Dress

I think I have talked about this dress at least a dozen times now, but I just cannot get enough! I typically do not wear body-con dresses (especially to work), but this one is so flattering and work appropriate. Plus, they have added some gorgeous new spring colors! I am loving this gorgeous coral, it would be perfect for work paired with a navy blazer and nude heels.

Sizing tip – Size up one size!

I absolutely love the tie detail on the sleeves of this dress. This dress can easily be worn at the office with a statement necklace and booties. This under $50 dress can easily be taken day to night by adding a long necklace and a pair of OTK boots.

What is your go-to look for the office?

Have a great day!

xo, K
